Part of the reason I started this business is so everyone, even those with allergies or dietary restrictions, can really enjoy the food. Food is important, and every day deserves cake.
After more than a decade of climbing the corporate IT management ladder, I quit and went to pastry school. Four years later I’ve worked with some of the most amazing teachers in the world, spent two years working as the pastry person at the always-busy bakery on Orcas Island, had work done with students and teachers at school featured in Martha Stewart Weddings Magazine, and worked a wide variety of catering and benefit events.
Allergies aside, it’s a very good life!
